This is my Yafaray and Blender VSE test. Render time about 40 hours in Yafaray 0.1.0.315. Effects added in Blender 2.48a. Model by Aspen in Blender 2.48a.

nop, not yet at least (no plans to add this feature) but you can add motionblur in blender nodes via double pass ;)
