  • Where was this? It sort of looks like Milwaukee, Wisconsin... If so I went to this concert and met them at the meet and greet which I believe bands started doing those in that year :-)

  • Queensrÿche are one of those truly underrated groups: more than just metal, they are a little prog but unlike allot of prog rock they deliver memorable even catchy songs without compromising they're art like a heavy Pink Floyd type of thing - and Mr. Tate! What a fucking voice, all these 'boys' in the rock world today could learn a thing or two or three - screw screaming your nuts off with no hook, and fuck this whinny shit we here on bought & paid for radio - give us talent or give us death!

  • and that metal show voted # 5 metal singers: 1 bruce dickinson 2 geoff tate 3 AXL ROSE(my favorite) 4 Sebastian bach and 5 Rob halford tate should be 1 axl should be 2 my opinion also where is james hetfield and dave mustaine

  • Kelly Gray offered a LOT to the band, and not only in this performance. Q2K was a visionary abum, and a lot of it had to to do with Gray's interaction with Tate. Gray was the producer, but filled in on guitars when needed, and did a fabulous job. Q2K was a remarkable release that did not get the airplay it deserved. I love Geoff Tate, but he needs to realize that a great voice is nothing without great backing players and instruments.

  • Just saw them again in Oct. 2011.

  • the only thing lost is De Garmo ..the music isnt bad ,Geoff Tate's voice is phenomenal ,but the over all checmistry isnt quite popping...maybe the lyrics ,if De Garmo came back just to be only a lyrcist ,we might see more to the band. Just a thought.

  • The different intro to the song is so awesome!

  • @SmokinMarine OK you 're right, I like both Dickinson and Tate, but don't forget the great Ronnie James Dio !!!

  • Geoff Tate is only 2nd to Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) (The Greatest Metal Vocalist Of All Time) Yea, back in the day Geoff could hold that long high note.. Bruce Has NEVER lost it.. Rock the F**K on QUEENSRYCHE!

  • @zr1zora good story. soooooooooooo, do you still do meth and listen to queensryche, or are you still wasting your life?
