This looks like the work that was done on STO before the team that had it originally scrapped the project and before Cryptic and Atari picked it up.
The original idea was to have individual players all simultaneously flying one ship - Manning their individual posts on various decks.

These aren't screen shots. ALL of this is concept art, and by a Developer that no longer has the license to Star Trek online.
Turf anything you get from this video, because, as I said, the developer that made the concept art in this video no longer has the Star Trek Online license.
