  • you could also, if it is too hard to hold the position, drop the bottom leg down to a knee, although it is a little easier, you are still getting the benefit of working both legs still-- you are just not working the bottom leg as hard.

  • I'm a guy but I must say he looks amazing. I wish I could look like that! He's so firm, almost no fat - if he didn't build his muscles this way, he would probably look skinny. He must proud of his body. :)

  • This is what I do in badminton training.
