Yes he and the original Tigger Paul Winchell (the famous ventriloquist and creator of Jerry Mahoney) would alternate between episodes. Piglet was voiced by John Fiedler until his death a few years ago, so I'm confused about the comment saying Piglet's voice got bad. It's always been Fiedler.
