Hi. Jamie Torres, TNT Maintenance & Construction. We're here on location in the city of Orange on an addition that we just finished. Basically this house used to end right about where that fascia board is. We added two bedrooms, the Jack and Jill bathroom, and we actually did all the work from top to bottom, from the cement all the way up to the framing, to the stucco, to the drywall, to the painting, texturing, plumbing.

We actually installed a tankless water heater here at this home. Let's go in the back and take a look at the way the finished product came out to be. Okay. We're in the back now of the same location to show you all the finished work that we did here in the backyard. Over here on this side of the house is where we did the Jack and Jill bathroom, where we did the two bedrooms.

And we actually installed a brand new 200 amp panel there. So we got everything there brand new from where those two pipes are on to the right have all been remodeled from the roof to new plywood to new paper to new asphalt shingles. Basically we re-insulated the whole ceiling in there, rewired 80% of this house here and took out all the cement and redid all the cement in here.

All the cement here used to be some sand, some cement. So we took everything out, and gave them what they call a California cove right here where this line here separates so that you can have an expansion joint. Basically we took out all the windows, put in all new windows, and all new foam around every single window around the whole house.

And basically this part of the house is where house use to end and this is where it continues. Somewhere around here the house use to end, and all of that is what we did an edition on, we did all the stucco, all the painting. Basically interior, exterior, footing cement, we do it all.
