BTW in Miami as you know its way way more Cuban politicians who are a disaster not just Balart .
It seems to me its close to all of them. even during the election the Dem running against Balart named Raul Martinez had a huge history of corruption ,self serving TYPICAL Miami politician. I couldnt vote for either one.
I hope I am not insulting good Cubans but have never seen such worthless politicioans/officials/corrupt police as have seen here

Yes I sadly now live in Miami. I used to live in Co with REAL politicians not these self serving Cuban "Cosa Nostra" do nothing mostly corrupt trash. I am embarrassed to be Cuban after coming here and will NEVER vote for a Cuban after seeing what I have seen in Miami. I am a free thinking ,non ethnic only voter thus hate this place,

Where are you from? In Miami, most of the people are from Cuba and many of them were given their citizenship from Ronald Reagan and have been manipulated by the Diaz Balarts and others ever since. They vote against their own best interests over and over again - I don't get it - but Joe Garcia, who is also Cuban, is leading another way. Unfortunately, he didn't prevail but he is a leading voice now in the Obama administration.

I find Cuban politicians as a whole a total disaster- Mostly self serving-many corrupt sell outs .
Why people in Miami do not wake up and vote them ALL out is a mystery .

Sooo??? Allowing people from abroad to come and pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for surgery is great for business. I have a family member who came with Leukemia and spent more than 100k in healthcare hoping it would save her life.
Americans can and should buy healthcare, plain and simple. In my job i know lots of people that CHOOSE not to. I dont think its fair to reward irresponsibility.

This is fantastic - Go Joe Garcia. Who does Mario think he's kidding. Of course if you have a ton of money, you can afford the best medical care - but what if you don't? Does that mean that you get nothing or substandard care? I guess so if you live in the Diaz Balart world which is why it is time for both Diaz Balart brothers to go home and get out of Congress.

Listen, I understand why Beckham, the Royal family and George Michael come to the U.S. for their healthcare needs. They can afford it. But your average Joe can't. When I lived in London I'm afraid I was 2 seconds shy of getting my wisdom teeth removed ...and if I'm seriously considering Brits doing anything to my teeth then you know we have a serious healthcare problem in the U.S. which our Congressman can't see.
