A vid from Narcissa's point of view about the breakdown of her family. It skips around in time, but the two main divisions are between their teenage years at Hogwarts, and the battle at the Department of Mysteries.
The family is already divided, with Bellatrix, Narcissa and Andromeda in Slytherin and Sirius with his friends - James, Remus and Lily - in Gryffindor. Relations seem normal, if strained, and every day seems exactly the same to Narcissa.
However, the Marauders and Lily suspect Bellatrix and Sirius's secret. Sirius wants to leave the family, and says as much to Narcissa. The Secret comes out after Sirius and Bellatrix's bitter break-up, and the Black sisters are as shocked as anyone.
Narcissa reflects on how happy Sirius and Bella used to be. Andromeda meets Ted Tonks, and the fallout is severe. James witnesses Narcissa and Andromeda arguing - very slight hint of James/Narcissa, if you're looking for it. Andromeda runs away. Bellatrix becomes a devoted Death Eater, while Narcissa takes comfort in baby Draco.
Then we follow the futures of James and Lily, Remus and Tonks, and Sirius and Bellatrix, to the end of Order of the Phoenix.

Let me know if any of this vid confused you, as I'm told it needs a lot of explanation. I can't remember the names of all the actors and actresses I used.

Clips used are from Weirdsister College, Hex, Doctor Who and the Harry Potter movies. Song used is Every Day Is Exactly The Same by Nine Inch Nails. I own nothing, vid made for fun not profit.
