  • What year's this? and why do the locos's push their coaches/passenger wagons?

  • Hi EdwardTheBlueEngine,

The Snowdon video was shot in 2001.

The locos always push the coaches on the Snowdon Mountain Railway to prevent run aways

  • I've never been here. is it a nice line?

  • how do the points with the rack system

  • @TrainzContentHelp, yes, Type in Snowdon Mountain Railway on teh DLS

  • does anyone know whether there's a trainz route on this i like to have it

  • mountain railways only push up their coach, and they never couple it because if they did then what would happen if a loco derailed? (like L.A.D.A.S.) also, they only take one coach because the coaches can get too heavy i think. if you read the railway series book 'mountain engines' you can learn. thanks!

  • Nice one :-)

  • I love number 12 (diesel) George in that millenium purple livery, only used in 2000 & 2001. Lovely egnition noise!!
