Where is the proof that they planted the drugs? One guy says it in court that is all? Just because a guy says the world trade center was blown up by the govt does it mean it is the truth? Who is this witness? Why would the cops want to frame a totally innocent girl? Does she have any type of history with these cops? Did she piss them off some how? Is she lying to her parents and really did have the drugs? Of course parents are always on the side of the kids.

GOOD! Crack down on crooked, dirty, slimy, corrupt cops. All citizens need to do stuff like this.

@montereypd109 Police don't stop crime. They merely write up the reports afterwards--and not without bitching about it, I might add!

Police do stop crime. Anytime you take a drug dealer off the street you prevent him or her from making another sale. If you take 5 crack rocks away from them thats 5 future crimes that have been prevented. They may be out selling the next day but the one sale they were about to make when they were busted may have been the 17-year-old girl's overdose. If we bitch about the report afterwards, maybe its because that's the one we missed.

She would find crack elsewhere, trust me. That is why the system is erroneous. It's like a revolving door. You go in, you go out. As you do, you turn the door of justice. A generator used to harness your energy makes it difficult to push the door and you get more and more tired each time. You want what's behind the door, but you can't get it without entering the vicious cycle. Eventually, you give up and let them keep what's inside, just so you can survive outside. Now do you understand?

Im sure she would. And, yes the system doesnt always work like it should. But, we cant stop fighting crime just because we cant stop it all. You wouldnt want us to close our eyes to a pedofile using that kind of logic that if he doesnt molest your child someone else might. I think the latter part of your comment may be deeper than I wanted go. If your talking about the drug addict, I do sympathize. There needs to be much harsher punishments for dealers, from street level all the way up.

Do you have any factual basis at all for your comment or are you just trying to discredit this guy through false premise?

Can someone who has any knowledge about this woman's case please shed some light. You can't get seven years in the U.S. for the "intent to sell marijuana." Is there something that isn't being told such as any other charges she may have faced or any previous convictions?
