Puppet Master 5: The Final Chapter is the fifth in Puppet Master series of horror films. The film was released in 1994, shortly after the previous installment. As the title would indicate, this film was supposed to close the Puppet Master franchise, and for several years it was indeed the final in the series but demand from fans ended that notion four years later. The film was shot back-to-back along with the previous installment Puppet Master 4.

@lion3p0 In the second Puppet Master film he was acting out of pure heartbreak. He wanted his true love returned and when he realized defeat, he knew it was time to move on to an even greater goal; allowing his kin to carry on his work. It took a lot for Toulon to realize this, most especially the fact that his puppets turned against him. With that the puppets accepted Rick having minimal contact with Toulon.

According to the special features on the part 4 dvd, parts 4 & 5 were filmed at the same time and released only a few months apart. They really didn't need to practically show part 4 almost in entirety within part 5 for their synopsis.
