@lexyvana When the movie was made, the Itaewon Homicide case which was an actual incident in Korea ended up in a mystery without figuring out who the real murderer was- which is why the movie also made it ambiguous on who the real killer was. At that time, both suspects were jailed for a period of time and were released. But few months ago, after reopening this case again after 14 years, they confirmed that it was Arthur Patterson (Pearson, or JKS in the movie) was the final murderer.
