ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian questions former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and former Secretary of Defense William Cohen on their oppositon to Congressional reaffirmation of the Armenian Genocide. The question was posed during a briefing announcing a report released by the Genocide Prevention Task Force, a newly formed body headed by the two former secretaries. December 8, 2008.

    If anyone gets to follow-up with Cohen, Albright...you might ask: "You two opposed the Armenian Genocide Resolution in Congress in October 2007. Yet, the incoming President & Vice President support a Resolution in Congress, and, perhaps, more important, call what happened to the Armenians a "genocide."

    Do you two think Obama & Biden are wrong when they call what happened to the Armenians a "genocide," yes or no?
