Is the 2nd car living quarters for the crew because of such long hauls? Whats with having it as the 2nd car, and having that tank container as the 1st?

@Landaux The car is living quarters and the tank car is connected to the locomotives for in line fuel supply.

For what reason this very long railway haven't been electrified?...In my opinion, it would be easier for the loco crew to work here if there should be an overhead wire. What's your opinion?...Anyway greetings from Sibiu, Romania to all EMD both engines & locos as well enthusiasts!

@emdiesel63 Electrification requires a very high volume of traffic to justify the costs. There is just not enough trains here to support those very high costs. An additional issue is the number of rail operators using the track that would have to outlay huge sums for new locomotives.
