What are u cutting this out with that u have to put relief cuts, just turn on the tear option it puts relief in for u. what u are doing is a lot mnore time and money
You could also have used the 'Up to Surface' option for the offset. If you still want the .075 gap like in your video, you could use the 'Offset From Surface' option with a .075 offset distance. That way if your .20 circular reliefs change, you won't have to also manually change the offset parameters. Your design intent will remain parametric. This was a learning experience for me also. Thanks.
The goal for this particular box was for it to be a project that could be cut out on a small desktop CNC. The relief checkbox didn't produce the relived corner I was looking for. The resulting sharp interior corner, when cut with a small end mill, would have a fillet on it that would make the bends more difficult. The pattern that results from this isn't ideal either, but the location of the fillet isn't as much of a challenge.
Great video! thanks.

@rzen19 You're right - I should have used the 'up to vertex' option.

What about checking the relief check box?

Great video. Cant you just use for the offset of the flange up to vertex, instead of guessing the gap?
