here in Scotland driving without insurance and/or no license will lose you your car, a driving ban for at least 1 year and points on your license when you get it. also you may get prison time. regardless of being able to drive or not if, you do not hold a valid driving license in ANY country you should not be behind the wheel of a car. you are a danger to other road users and yourself. like this young man, he almost killed his own father. hopefully a lesson learned

@lmartin3z1991 You don't need documents to have your car insured. It's insured the moment you PAY for coverage. Even if you never got the paperwork at all because it was lost in the mail, you'd be insure. And you either have a license to drive or you don't. The fact that you took a test the following day or week or whatever makes no difference. If you didn't have it THAT DAY YOU DROVE, then you shouldn't have been driving. Stop making excuses for your extremely poor judgment, dumb ass.
