The message is interesting, but does not fit the requirement "optimal communication". By using a robot like this you give the impression every problem can be "calculated" according to a mathematical formula...I hope that's not what you are trying to do.
Please try it again, being consequent with the ideas exposed.
Besides, I have not heard enything about "evaluation"after execution of adviced measures.

the reality is actually quite different and basically proceeds like this:
1. give a fancy presentation to client
2. leverage reputation at every opportunity
3. keep things ambiguous, never clarifying exactly what will be provided
the three strategies work because in 95% of the cases clients arent sure what they want, and consultants provide watever they think the client wants to see and hear.
