How can you not be a puppet when you are handing your hand out to the US, UN and the World Bank, like beggars.
Aristide went against his own words. The fact that he went and married someone from the class that he once criticized proves that his heart was not totally commited. Aristide was very envious of the Duvalier's and he used the poor people's misery and fueled their anger and pushed them to be violent towards anyone who was not pro-Lavalas party.

@nadoop right on brother, I was a kid in Haiti bck in 88, 89 when Aristide was helping the people.I know about Aristide way before he became president. That Carla 18 doesn't know shit than what other people telling her about Aristide. Ill say it again Aristide intention was to help Haiti by any means necessary.

You're another uneducated Haitian who listens to too much propaganda from the US. I hate politicians, but Aristide was one who the US feared because he was actually ready to do some serious work in Haiti. So, Merde pou ou.

well said. Aristide was the ONLY one who was willing to help the people, which is why they refused to let him govern. When he was first elected, he paved roads, built schools and cleaned up Haiti, and the US, France, Canada, and some others got scared, which is why they financed a coup against him. They got him again in 2004. All of these brainwashed drones who know nothing about Aristide should shut the fuck up. There's a reason why he's so POPULAR IN HAITI. THE VOTES DON'T LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
