The difference for Mao and Stalin is that they ruled dictatorships. If you haven't noticed the US is still a democracy, at least nominally. We have a constitution, and independent branches of government that are designed to protect our rights as citizens. If you're implying that people who were against a criminal war that has been proven unnecessary are unpatriotic, I think you need to look up the definition.

Well, I'll be damned! I do say that I must agree with your statement. It's very thought provoking. You are right, Barack Obama can't change this violent world, nor can any ONE else. But it takes many of ones . (and I'm talkin' a helluvalotta ones from everywhere).
