  • where is this park at?

    city? state?

  • near Annapolis, MD

Broadneck Park (I think it's technically in Arnold, MD)

  • Do any one know where to get a jindo? I can't find a breeder anywhere online

  • you don't need a breeder. most "breeders" are just trying to rip people off anyway, and there are many jindo dogs and puppies in need of homes in rescues all over the place. search google for "jindo project" and you'll see what i mean. please adopt, not buy. both of our girls are rescues.

  • i love my crazy Jindo, however im not the best trainer and as a result my jindo is crazy. it is two years old. If i let my jindo out in the open like that with other dogs, and people...he would attack everything and bite everything as well. He's great dog indoor, listens and understands lots of command. Outside of his territory, he's on a mission to make everything his... ANy tips?

  • seek out a trainer that can help you break the dog of these habits and help socialize him with other dogs and environments so he won't flip out like you are describing. check your local vet office or animal shelter for dog training classes... they are usually reasonably priced.

  • it's extraordinary to see your jindo dogs running about at the dog park with other breeds. My jindos could never get to that point. But it's all int the owners hands. If you dedicate the time and patience in training, socializing your jindo, they will flourish. Unfortunately, we didn't socialize our dogs and that's our fault. But at least they weren't leashed up their whole life like most big dogs in Korea. It's a pity whenever I visit the country, Jindo's should be allowed to roam free

  • only in case when the owner train his/her dog well. If the owner never train the dog, the Jindo would be a normal one

  • @oh7ohoh

    Pyrs do too

  • looks very good. Did you bring them from Korea? They look very good in body shape.

  • @ineverseeu

That was a trippy story. 30 miles? and found his way back? the next day??? lol

  • i own a 50 lb jindo male---he is dog friendly----h loves playin' with tiny puppies; i've also prior owned another male jindo (45 lb)... and he was dog aggressive.

  • @drticzon i think your really bad at this come back thing. u just agreed with me. lol i have a jindo too and she just picks a fight with everyone

  • No...I don't think you know what a real Jindo can do. I own two Jindo (brother and sister) and they fight every once in a while. I have also seen when the brothers come to my house, the two Alpha males would start to fight to the point I have seen blood. We had to lock all the males up and let one male out at a time so they can play with their sister. NOTE: All dogs have been fixed. These dog are very loyal to it's master and the other family members of the household. You have train this breed.
