That motor is over loaded!
Who ever made that cheap design is hopeless and has tried to make a compromise.
I concluded through research that dough kneading should have speed due to the viscose nature of the dough which has a tendency to stick to any surface.

Just a Food Processor, if you live in the USA you can buy one at wal-mart in the kitchen ware area.
In the box the should be several types of blades, Metal and Plastic.
You use the Metal ones for mixing food and the plastic ones for making dough.
