Petite and delicate Fiona was found in an alley huddled on a mound of garbage bags with three tiny, tiny kittens.

Fiona's ears and the shape of her face, along with her ballerina-like physique reveal the mix of some special breed, most likely Abyssinian. She is lithe and lean, orange with white throat, belly and paws. She is just barely a year old herself, incredibly playful and extremely demonstrative with her affection. She is full of life, love and vitality.

Her beautiful babies are 7 weeks old.

Fizz is a male with a lovely and unusual cream coloring with white. He's full of playful energy and curiosity, always busy exploring and figuring out the world.

Sazerac is a male that looks just like his mama -- an orange and white tuxedo with a distinctive face. At the moment he's spunky and mischievous ready to jump on Fizz, as you'll see in the video, and wrestle him down.

(The calico kitten in the video has been adopted.)

The kittens must be adopted either together, or with their mother, or into a home with another cat-friendly cat. Fiona, the mom, can either go alone or with her kittens or with another cat.

All of them are FIV/FeLV negative. Fiona is fully vaccinated and the kittens have had their first round of vaccinations. We will make arrangements to get Fiona spayed when her kittens are fully weaned and ready to go to new homes. The babies are still too young to be spayed/neutered but we can help with very low-cost options.

A short adoption application, brief home visit and modest adoption fee will be required. Please contact Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, www.bbawc.org.
