  • @DanielMedcalf My TV's screen is made out of plastic too, but I don't really mind. It's pretty useful. I already threw the Wiimote against the TV several times and nothing happened. It's still working perfectly fine.

  • @Squall4Rinoa: yeah.. it's about color separation.

For people not understanding the benefits, google "atariage rgb composite" and they have EXCELLENT screen shots of different video modes. RGB mode is the component separation. Much crisper and the vibrant colors don't bob and bleed together.

  • @zQSLxLucax97z : 480p is not the problem.. the problem is using a lcd/plasma which has a native resolution. Anything other is upscaled and becomes muddy, you get the same results on your computer if you lower the resolution it becomes muddy, but is crystal clear on an older CRT monitor. Arcade machine games run around 320x240 and look badass on a arcade monitor or a mame machine.

  • 480p haha thats fuzzy

  • this demonstration is too limited to really show the difference.

component cables have better lumina and chroma signals, and better reproduction of colour compared to AV (typically AV is too reddish, as was seen in the original NES when moving from the RF adapter to AV turning things too pinkish or purplish)

  • @Bennyboy291 go to wii settings the resolution then 480p

  • @tserfass9 Standard TV's aren't compatible with HD Component cables. The Wii already has SD Cables, the one's he's got are HD cables. So no it won't work. SD has 3 cables. These have like 5 or 6.

  • god dammit.

  • you didnt turn on 480p with component on with the wii.

  • Ik spreek ooh nederlands

  • Where you from??
