They hang around at their crib with tags on the walls and windows.
They cruise through gang territories as a show of force.
They have gang wars with other gangs.
They're the tough guys for hire, they'll help you so long as you pay them protection money, they're the Blue-Clad Mafia. They know their streets and everyone on their streets knows them, respects them, fears them. The only thing missing is the fucking apple stand.
