just noticing but i'm pretty sure the engine isn't original, @2:33 you can see the motor is stamped with 13b, which if i'm correct, was made late 1984 or 1985. Don't get me wrong its a beautiful car, but just noticing. I thought these had the 10a or the 12a rotary in them originally.

I had an RX2 for 16 years, loved it. A friend of mine had a lime green RX3 just like this one, and was killed in it.

This was my moms first car.. it was a 73 bought in 1979. It was cheap due to a bad paint job. She just learned to drive and always speed cuz you never knew how fast it was going. The police stoped her many times and gave her warnings (but she never got a ticket cuz she was soooo MOM) Unfortunely my dad hated it cuz he couldnt fix it himself. so we sold it in1980 to someone who restored it and still races it . It was always her favorite and had a picture on our mantle like a family member.

I had a new 1973 in the same lime green color. The stripe on the side is not stock. The stripe should be a very dark blue. The tail lights are stock, however, the plastic that surrounds the lights was painted black. The original engine came with a stock 4 barrel. It also had a stock electric fuel pump mounted in the trunk. It was one of the fastest cars on the road. I had no trouble shutting down most V8's from the start right up to 135 mph.
