The Blake's Hitch is a valuable climbing or friction hitch, often preferred over the tautline because it stays dressed and set and does not roll out. The Blake's hitch is incorporated in this dynamic system using a split-tail. A micropulley is added into the system as a fairlead, allowing one handed hitch advancement. In this video, learn where the friction point of this hitch is located!
