Harry Potter (And The Philosopher's Stone) - Harry's Wondrous World (Advanced Piano Arr.!) (RARE!)

Here it is, finally, my recording of the longest and one of the most difficult of all HP piano arrangements! Needed a very long practice time for it...

Btw: I did not ever play 100% exactly what is notated and changed the tempo here and there a bit.

(I contructed extra because of this a digital music stand: I used a TFT monitor where I can watch the digital sheet music and then turned the pages with a special footswitch over...very difficult to handle btw, lol)

I am learning this song I started in september, and I only am about a minute and a half done. But I have been playing since 2nd grade and I am now in 10th, it takes me forever to learn songs like this. Last year I learned moonlight sonata and the song at the end of the movie up but this one is definitely the most difficult and longest. It is 11 pages long.

yes, I completely agree, to play this without mistakes is really very hard, but I think with 10th grade you should get it definitively pretty quickly ;) But yes, Moonlight Sonata is pretty easy against this piece, above all because of the tempo...Williams one is pretty fast, this makes it still more difficult to play especially if you don't play it from your mind in any way like I did...:)

oh thank you very much! No, I bought the book...but sorry, didn't know that you wanted to record it too. But why not record it anyway, you will do an amazing job too! I will not record more HP 2 pieces atm btw, my next ones will be all from the last 2 movies (part 1 and 2 of HP7) and I'll play my own vers ;) Just ordered the sheet music and waiting for it now, because the sheet music book of HP7/2 is first released in mid of September. Can't wait, love the compositions of Desplat...
