Spent the weekend running the ~19 mile Rothrock Challenge course.....twice. Lot's of steep hills. Over 9000 ft of gain total (4600ft x 2). Good, and much needed, early season training. The animation was done in Google Earth using the track saved on my GPS. Sorry about the annoying ads...I really need to stop using music from my itunes collection

  • did you run it twice in one day or run it once on consecutive days. looks very much like the bald eagle megatransect that i ran last year. good luck on your up coming races john.

  • @thethrill1usa this particular weekend I just ran it once on Saturday and again on Sunday. I do hope to step it up though in a few weeks and run it twice in one day (or some variation of it)
