The Rockett Pedals Blue Note takes the warm, woody character of a classic overdrive pedal and raises the bar several notches, with inventive tone sculpting and added gain options. The Tone knob and Fat knob are both finely honed controls, so no matter where you twist the knobs the Rockett Pedals Blue Note stays musical. A Hot switch lets you kick up the overdrive, as well as adding a little extra volume and juice in the low mids. With this kind of flexibility the Rockett Pedals Blue Note can adapt easily to just about any guitar / amp combination.

@tcinpa37 I know this comment is way after the fact, but I also have the distortion III, tho I don't really use it anymore. I've tried this one in a couple shops and it sounds nothing like the MXR. I like the Blue Note a lot better, actually. More transparent. Just don't have the dough right now. If you're considering it, I'd spring for it.

Love that hot switch! It throws in some of those glowing hot 12ax7 high-mids every blues player craves for solos. Think I ought to snag one of these to put next to my TS9/w hot switch mod. now wouldn't that be a fun shoot out?
