@corrmick Yea not jumping backwards off the box to you original starting position. Never seen that befor. Also the sumo squat high pulls were also lacking. The grip on all but one of the people was way to wide. But I will admit it is a very difficult to keep the bar horizontal while preforming this lift. But proper form should never sacrificed for the sake of lifting more. If your form is wrong your results will not be right.
