Well, his multimillion dollar business was doing pretty badly last time I heard, I think he faced bankrupcy several times and the bank didn't even allow him to sell his house so they could keep it as collateral.

@Egotistica yeah, but chefs need the food to cook conveniently fast, so they do it and then say "it's so much better when its bloody", it's really just an habit, its like mustard in your pretzel or mayo in your burger, but they get very very passionate about it and go to the extent of saying well cooked meat is rubbish, its all a matter of taste, meh, just eat it the way you like it better, dont listen to them, the beauty of food is you can be creative about it

@Elektero Yeah, it's funny how people who are trying to learn something (Or else why would they be looking for tutorial videos) about cooking seem to think they know more about it than a guy who's world famous and world renowned for it. I don't see Ramsey talking crap on that guys videos.
