If they are the best, I want them. If the quota of whites to blacks to asians to hispanics doesn't meet your standards, too bad assholes.
Nobody starts up a business saying "Well, I'm gonna have to hire this many white people, and this many black people, and this many asians and this many indians and this many pakistanis."
