Haha, I am screwed up.. I didn't read your question very well. Sorry for previous answer (Anyway, You can use that trick to make that reflections on the wood)

Here is the answer you need:

That's an HDRI map of the room captured.

You can add it to the chrome thingy using Reflection map slot

or

You can use it as an Environment map.
