So after I posted my preview roughly 3 weeks ago some stuff came up and I couldn't finish it.
I finally got around to finishing it today.
Description:
Phase1:
Blood Plagues tank for very high amount of damage every 19 seconds.
Chains of Ice mana users draining mana.
Blood Sap: Targets close range, saps target for 10 seconds and does a high amount of damage
Death's Respite: 2 Sec Cast, Stuns target for 2 seconds. Medium Range.
Phase2 Intro:

Flies up into the air inside an ice sphere where he casts death grip on everyone pulling them in,
Phase2
Ice Tomb: Freezes everyone for 5 secs and does 600 damage a sec
Icy Touch: Does frost damage overtime
Piercing Cold: Does 3.5k damage every few seconds.
Frost Blast: Does a High amount of damage and knockbacks anyone close.
Phase3 Intro
Flies up into a blood sphere and hits everyone with bloodbolts for about 2k damage.
These also knock you back.
Phase 3
35%
Blood Boil: Does 600 damage every 1 sec for 24 secs, can stack up to 5 times. Caste don random player.
Blight Cloud: Anyone near Anzay takes 1.6k damage every few seconds
Blood Strike: Hits short range for a bit of damage.
Blood Nova: Does AoE damage about 8k
Enrage
At 10% he enrages but also loses his spell power..and it is released into the air.
This causes mana users to regen mana at quite a fast rate, talk about weathering a storm healers :O.
