no they are not but they were born on the same day. I got them from Sher Kennel in Moscow Russia

If yours is a long hair, it will get the fringe, just takes many months to get there. Maybe even a year. They are very adorable and funny little ones.

Yes, I'm in America...I got mine from the Sher Kennel in Moscow Russia. Had them shipped and found them online. They are very cute. :)
