I don't know about version 4 but the 3.0 was a disaster! I guess that's why they brought version 4 out so early....

you probably didnt go through the advanced set up smart security 4 has a very strict detection and cleaning system you have to set it up manually though but for the most part most home users can just run with program defaults

True, I'm testing Kaspersky now and it beats it badly with higher detection rate and less false positives. I've had lots of bad experiences with Nod32 in the past 3 years, their anti virus only package is weak even when combined with a free firewall like Comodo, key loggers, worms, and trojan downloaders will still find a way in those protected operating sys files, where for some reason only Nod32 does not have aces, and for a price? pff I've had free AV's that could do a better job...
