i have Anxiety disorders a multiple amount i did take medication but now im off it its getting better i mean going through a really long time with this made me learn a lot about mental health.That not just me but also all my doctors including teachers are telling me to persue a career into a psychiatric field or counseling,then again in life you make the choices no one does them for you.

There's a small and excellent online depression support group called Depression Hangout that is always open to anyone who is struggling with mental health problems (not just depression). It's run in its own chaotic way by its members who meet regularly in the chat room and it's a great place to seek and provide help and support, make new friends and even just have a laugh. Its amazing that Maurice whom plays Sonny does as well as he does! Just looking at him, u'd never know! I am truly disappointed that the s/l that Sonny is also Bi polar wasn't well received. Thank goodness Emily was there for Sonny! Good to see Natalia in this.

i've known people inside and outside of work with this disorder.  they are tough to be around and get angry at the drop of a pen. hate it.

@MsDezzyzRayz I suffer from bipolar and yes it is underfunded and overlooked. Mental illness still has that stigma about it, people just think you are too lazy or weak.
