  • Thanks for this. People need to know the truth about these drugs.

  • Thank you for sharing in such an imformative way. I have severe discontinuation syndrome as well. Now I have 10pills left and no insurance. This should never have ever been released for public use.

  • Its the holyghost coming over you! Praise God!

  • I got brain zaps (and almost every sensation you describe in your video) from one 10mg pill of Lexapro. That was almost 5 years ago, now I have permanent brain damage from it. I have had 3 unexplained strokes since then. Xanax helps me. Thanks for this video.

  • PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO DISCONTINUE PAXIL USAGE: I am a 31 year old male and this is my fourth bout on the drug paxil.....I have went 'cold turkey' successfully each time but experienced the same hellish symptoms...HOWEVER...I quit taking paxil 2 weeks ago and haven't had withdrawal symptoms...I feel that either one/or a combination of the following natural supplements I'm taking is the reason: 5HTP, suntheanine (l-theanine) and high dose EPA fish oil.....no zaps or headaches

I know now that the zaps im feeling from ssri withdrawal are the exact same thing i was experiencing with the sleep paralysis.

  • sleep that is normally required to enter the REM phase and you will fall asleep directly into the REM(dream) stage, the problem with that is, when going from awake and alert directly into asleep and dreaming your prone to spontaneously waking up back to full alertness, but your body will remain asleep, aka sleep paralysis. I figure that the "zaps" are a side effect from your brain trying to go into REM sleep, and a direct effect of the instantaneous change in brainwaves between the...

  • I can tell exactly how this guy feels right now lol. i used to get brain zaps like this before i ever was on anything and it usually accompanied sleep paralysis while falling asleep or upon waking up. I had a feeling that what i was experiencing and ssri withdrawal where probably due to the same thing, because the presence of excess serotonin seems to inhibit REM sleep and in the absence of serotonin REM sleep is severely elongated, so much so that your body will skip the hour of deep ...
