  • why do you only go to parallel?

  • You can ask Paul directly at ElasticSteel.

  • you should go ass to grass

  • How tall is the grass?

  • one leg squat is a damn easy thing to do for any advanced martial artist. practice your martial art and the squat will emerge itself. peace

  • That is one way to go about it. lol

  • How often should someone do these one-leg squats? What is the purpose of these squats? Are they for building large muscle or building core strength? I'd like to incorporate the one-leg squat into my workouts.

  • thank you, i will try it

  • going below parallel puts some of the load on your hamstring and glutes and gets the hip involved in the movement, instead of placing all the load on your quadricep and knee joint. Think of it as thrusting your hips forward while straightening out the leg as you come back up.

  • My kness are not strong enough to squat - any tips on strenghtening the knee (joints)? email us...
