@nvtuning you don't know the difference between power and torque. if he forced the car to change gear at 2600 RPM it would take him a lot longer than the already very slow 11s to get to 100KMH or 62MPH. On a diesel there isn't much, if any, power after 4500RPM so there is little point going much beyond 4000RPM.

Learn what torque means and how the term is applied to engines, then do the same for power and you might learn something interesting. Also look at differences between manual & auto.

@nvtuning 2 Reasons I would guess. One, its an Auto box, so he doesn't have much choice. And two, max torque might be at 2600 rpm, but max power is at 4200... where vauxhall configure it to change when flat out...

why do you shift at 4500 rpm when max tork is at 2600 rpm and why is tc off ?

Birde buna chip atıp 170 hp 380 hp olsa çok daha feci olur çok sağlam araç motorda 2.0 olduğundan kasmaz aracı Active select te tork konvartörlü zaten hiç bir sorunda vermez herhalde son hızda 240 felan rahat olur o zman.......
