  • @Brendon411Beast I don't train weightlifting, and I live in Ottawa, Canada. My body weight fluctuates between 240 and 260. I could probably snatch, but I don't have the upper body flexibility to do a clean and jerk.

  • @punjsher oh and it also ripped part of the bone off my arm they had to use surgical steal to connect my pec to the humurus thats why i was getting pain in my arm generating all over my left arm to the pec i also started getting pain in my right for compensating for the injury once again thank you for asking.

  • @punjsher when i was about 21 i had a odd feeling in my pec felt like a burn it went away then i started getting pain in side of my arm were my bicep was i got Mri they told me they thought it was bicep tear it wasnt so i kept training finally in pain it ruptured after 4 months they then finally got it I had ruptured pec there were only 20 reported cases at that time so they didnt know any better now its kind of common what sucks is it took mine to Rupture before they knew anything thx 4asking.
