So beautiful! My piano teacher made me listen to several Grieg pieces but this one really struck me. I'm learning it soon!

Before radio or recordings, Grieg composed his Lyric Pieces as fine concert music technically easy enough to be enjoyed in the home by serious amateurs. As such, they quickly found their way into nearly every home with a piano. Even the great French composer Cesar Franck (20 y older) was said by friends to be fond of and inspired by playing them. Still Richter's polish and perception is needed to fully bring out Grieg's subtle detail which here so perfectly captures the watchman's lonely walk.

Safe and cared for with dignity - makes me feel that way - introspection - good wins out in the end. This one will so relax me that I will fall asleep - yawning now.
How appropriate the evening I have installed new security on computer.
I want to learn to play this one.
