Prince of persia the forgotten sands gameplay ATI 5470 I

Playing Prince of Persia the forgotten sands on my Asus K52JR at 1366x768 with all on high. Specs:
Intel core i3 350m 2.26ghz
Ati 5470 1gb gddr3
4gb ddr3 ram 1066mhz
The games runs more smoothly but i guess it's because the recording program that slows it down a little bit. Sorry for the bad quality though.
What video converting prog do you guys use?

use virtual dub mod or media coder. all those fancy encoders with nice interfaces have very poor encoder codecs behind them. use the barebone codecs with virtual dub and media coder.(you could also try asx gui)
