You guys asked for it and here it is. This is how I draw paper pieced patterns in Photoshop. You definitely don't need PS to draw your patterns, that's just my personal choice. You can use graph paper, MS Paint, Draw, or whatever drawing software you have access to.

More paper pieced videos on my channel and loads of free patterns on sewhooked.org

  • @50tmack Hi Teresa, I do occasionally do requests, though not often. A simple real pineapple...would you believe I've been asked for that before? I'll see what I can do!

  • I don't suppose you are open to creating a specific pattern? I am extremely new to paper piecing- familiar a tiny with hand piecing, free motion, dabbling in most things craft! I do have the very basic PS, but there is no way I can jump into something like you just did (creating a pattern)!! I have looked for a SUPER simple pineapple (the Fruit, not the quilters version!) with no success. Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated!! Teresa

  • My pleasure!

  • brilliant! thanks so much~
