They only really give the decision to the aggressor when theres nothing else to seperate the fighters. The fact is Haye out-boxed him and landed nearly all his punches whereas Valuev didn't. To me thats a win for Haye.
And I can't believe people are suggesting it was fixed. For fuck sake....

think your being just a tad harsh on jim watt, he did express delight when haye was announced as winner, but was little surprised by it all, considering it looked like he did very little to win it in valuevs own back door,,,, think on reflection if jim knew hate had broken his hand, he'd adward the fight to haye no issue

jim watt is a prick,he didnt want haye to win and his commentary was bias. i remember him with the benn v mcclellan fight,he talked shit that night as well.great fight and victory david. can we have some pro british commentators please.mcguigan would do.

thats true,he fought a smart fight,i was worried hed try to do a carl thompson and run outta gas.but he kept his shit together.great victory.hes improving all the time and becoming a well rounded fighter. the hayemaker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know what youre saying,but haye landed good clean shots and they score points,he rocked valuev big in the twelfth also.valuev landed nothing of value imo.but i do think he took his loss with dignity[sign of a true pro] and im sure he will be back.

haye done his hand in soon into the fight. he landed a couple of punches at the end and nearly knocked valuev out. boxing is corrup without question, but valuev is a bum and boxing needed haye to win that fight. no-one wants to see valuev fight the klitchko's. everyone wants haye to fight them, valuev is not a good fighter. he's just a big guy. he's made his dosh and will jog on happy

before the fight haye and many experts say that haye has to knock valuev out to win as he is unlikely to get a points decision in germany. so haye spends most of the time on the back foot not really fighting as an aggressor and yet gets the decision. Hmmmmmmm looks fixed to me. there is no consistency in decisions in world boxing. its all bulllshiitttt
