Ok. you CAN'T die so easily from a projectile no matter how big they are, on your stomach. EVEN when your brain get splatted your body is still alive! People split in 2 from the stomach stays alive for 10 minutes or longer.

I am not here to say it's fake. I am here to tell @sepulchre13 how to make a better video. The guy would also tighten in a fetal position. Blood in your mouth is either from a hole in your lungs which makes the guy cough blood, Or a trauma to the stomach.
