  • These are conditioning workouts, they are great during periodization, or during the week 2-3 times but why do people always say these types can substitute for strength training in the gym??

    People are treating the gym like its an evil thing, or for pussies, or that it somehow isnt 'realistic', this is ridiculous.

    Only with labeled weights and a lot of them with different apparati can allow a person to evenly develop their body, make signifigant strength/power gains.

    Just never do gym only!!

  • Hi N1K1mon, you're totally right that's why it says conditioning in the title! These types fo workouts combined with low rep, heavy weight training and power training is a lethal combo!

  • i laugh at the idiots who run miles everyday and loose fuck all weight, i lost bout 5kg in 2-3 months doing circuits like this....it hurts at first but u get used 2 it

  • Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things aboutit and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it

  • @StormForceFitness When devising a routine of this nature what kind of philosophy do you employ with regards to the sequence of exercises? For instance push, pull, rotation or upper, lower, core, etc. Or is it simply a case of combining as many total body exercises as possible?
