Considering Bush must have 20+ personal advisors, speech writers and vettors, the fact that he can't articulate the words that have been written for him by someone else, is ridiculous. He is not capable of running a small business, let alone a country. The Republican party should be just as ashamed as they are supposed to be his puppet master.
