Remember my dog poo geocache? It went missing. I received lots of people telling me they didn't find the cache, so I went to check on it and it was gone!

Perhaps it was an animal that took it? It did have a rather unique smell after i coated it in hairspray/varnish so that the rain wouldn't affect it....

I remember a campsite where a fox would steal peoples shoes they left outside their tents....who knows what an animal might do with a smelly odd plastic like thing.

Either that or a human stole it, but who goes around prodding poo to see if it is real? OR was it a geosearcher who found my cache and liked it, thought they might prank their friends with it???

The log was also missing but the log holder was present (yet buried).

Curious indeed.

Ah well, I've replaced it, let's see what happens.

Very good point. Someone would have 2b pretty messed up to pick up poo, risking that its real, even if it smells lik hairspray. Besides, who SMELLS poo either?

I'd move it about 10ft away, update the coords and see what happens. If it goes missing it's probably a peed off cacher not liking the idea, thats what happened up north with mine
