  • @1959passions Wow! Frankie played the trumpet too? I wish I was alive during the years when Frankie was alive. I would give anything to be able to go back in time and meet him. You were very fortunate

  • If there's one thing after all these years it's the Oldies, which will never die. I have about seven of my songs on Youtube,(cover) which I did by other performers had in the past. If you go on to Youtube, and search a song call Mr. Blue, that was done by the Feetwood's in the 1950s the photo you see on my page is the photo I use from my songs on Youtube. Thank you.

  • To think that I was listening to Frankie Lymon, when he first started over 50 years ago. That goes to show how old I am. We lost a great talent who was taken advantage of by produces record label companies, and God,knows who else took his money. But two years ago just by luck I found the headstone of Frankie Lymon's grave. Also I found the grave of the great Billie Holiday, who's buried with her mother. Their graves are in Saint Raymond's cemetery in the Bronx.

  • @artiefun its true

  • I can remember going to the knock knock club on 85th & I believe 18th. ave in Brooklyn, 1961 with Tony (Punchie) Armato, Albee Galione, to see Frankie perform...Until this day I recall him blowing us away!!! He danced - sang - played drums and played trumpet...The best entertainment ever. After his show he came and sat with us (the Passions) We spoke for a while...That is a moment that will live on in my memory...Lou
